Key Ingredients

The association of SOLAGUM™ TARA and SEPIMAX ZEN™ works at extreme pH, even in presence of salicylic acid, and enhances stability and viscosity of the formulation. The gel has a velvety skin feel.
Combination of SEPICONTROL™ A5 and Salicylic acid improves oily acne prone skin and makes skin look perfect. SEPICALM™ S WP and AQUAXYL™ ensure skin moisturization and well-being.

FORMULATION ADVICES:

Laboratory scale - 300 g - Deflocculator & Anchor

Disperse phase A well with deflocculator at 600 rpm 20 min.
Prepare phase B by combining salicylic acid and NaOH together in water, heat to 80°C, mix well.
Add phase B into phase A, mix till uniform.
Premix phase C, and add it into Phase A+B, homogenize it by rotor-stator 4000 rpm 4 min or till uniform.
Add ingredients of phase D one by one into A+B+C. Stir it until uniform.
Add phase E, adjust pH to about 4.0.-4.5.
