EMOGREEN™ HP40 provides film forming properties with a soft and supple afterfeel. It brings hair volume and anti-frizz properties and conditioning effect.
XYLISHINE™ C controls the volume of hair and repairs hair cuticle restoring hair & water interactions.

FORMULATION ADVICES:
Pilot scale - 6kg batch - Trimix, defloculator
Weigh phase A water. Add glycerine, stirring at 500rpm for 3min. Drizzle in Sepimax zen and mix at 3000rpm for 10min. Weigh phase B, melt at 50°C, homogenize and add to phase A, stirring at 1400rpm for 10min. Add phase C ingredients one by one to mixture A+B under stirring (1000rpm). Adjust pH if necessary.
