FORMULATION ADVICES:
Pilot scale - 5kg batch - Trimix, defloculator
Weigh phase A water. Add Solagum AX premix and glycerine. Add to aqueous phase and mix under slow agitation at 800 rpm for 10 min. Reduce speed to 200rpm and add surfactants one by one. Weigh phase B ingredients and homogenize with a spatula. Adjust to pH 5 if necessary and add to phase A under stirring (200 rpm). Weigh phase C ingredients and add one by one to mixture A+B with stirring (200rpm). Adjust pH if necessary.
