FORMULATION ADVICES:

Pilot scale - 5kg batch - Trimix, defloculator

Combine phase A and heat to 85°C. Combine phase B (except FLUIDIFEEL™ EASY, SEPINOV™ WEO and Zinc Oxide, Triethoxycaprylylsilane) and heat to 85°C. Add the three last ingredient in phase B and disperse phase B into phase A and homogenize for 4 minutes @ 4,000 rpm. Cool down batch to 40°C and add one by one ingredient from phase C while mixing under anchor.
