FORMULATION ADVICES:

Laboratory scale - 300g batch - Deflocculator

Heat phase A to 75°C. Then add phase B and mix well. While mixing with ross, increase speed to 1000 rpm then. Add phase C while mixing. Slow down the mixing to avoid of aeration and add phase E then phase F. Cool down to 35°C and add phase G. Adjust pH with phase H. Finally, add phase I ingredients one by one while mixing at 500 rpm.
