FORMULATION ADVICES
Laboratory scale - 2000 g - Homogenizer & Sweeper
Combine phase A and swell polymer well and then heat it to 85C. Combine phase B and heat to 85C and then homogenize for a few minutes. While phase B is still at 85C, add phase C into it and disperse well. Once both phase A & BC reached 85C, combine them and homogenize at 4,000 rpm for 4 minutes. Cooldown to ambient temperature. Check pH to make it is between 7.5 - 9.
