FORMULATION ADVICES
Laboratory scale - 300g - Defloculator
Combine and heat phase A and B separately to 85-90C. Add phase phase C into phase B and mix well. Disperse phase D into phase BC and mix well. Combine phase A and BCD, mix with deflocculator and add phase E and then continue to mix until smooth emulsion is formed. Cooldown the batch with sweeper to 45C and add phase F. Pour at 40C.
