FORMULATION ADVICES
Laboratory scale - 300g - Defloculator
Combine phase A and heat to 85C. Combine phase B and heat to 85C. Disperse phase C into phase B and mix well. Combine phase A and BC together and homogenize for 4 minutes @ 4,000 rpm. Cool down batch to 55-58C and add phase D. At 40C, add phase E and F separately. Mix well and stop mixing at 35C. Check pH at ambient temperature. PH should be 5 - 6.5.
