FORMULATION ADVICES:
Laboratory scale - 300g batch - Deflocculator
Combine phase A together by using a dispersing blade (deflocculator) medium shear start at 500 then increase to 1,000 rpm to make sure Solagum AX swell. Combine Phase B then disperse Phase C to phase B. Add phase BC into phase A and increase speed to 1,500 rpm to make a uniform cream. Then add phase D one by one. Adjust pH with phase E and then add phase F. Check and adjust to pH 4.3 - 4.8 before discharged.
