The drop in temperature results in a decrease in moisture in the skin. Lower temperatures less humidity and it doesn’t help that we have heaters and fireplaces indoors.
Why does our skin change with colder weather?

First create moisture in your home by introducing a humidifier! With a touch of essential oils, such as lavender, orange, or peppermint to enhance your mood.
Second, keep hydrated! You might think keeping hydrated on hot summer days is the only time but in fact drinking the recommended 8-12 8 oz glasses a day is what it takes to improve your skin's moisture.
