Key ingredients

This gentle make-up remover is created with EASYNOV™ & SEPIPLUS™ 400 which allows the GELTRAP™ formulation. This prototype is thickened by SEPIPLUS™ 400, which also allowa a good pick-up. EMOGREEN™ L19 enables make-up removal with delicacy, providing a soft and comfortable finish and is more efficient than ISODODECANE (proven efficacy on lipstick, foundation & kohl removal).

FORMULATION ADVICES:

Laboratory scale - 2 kg - Trimix - Defloculator

Phase A: In a beaker mix water with glycerin under agitation until homogenization. Then disperse phase B into phase A under defloculator at 1500 rpm. In a beaker mix ingredients of phase C and stir with a spatula. The phase must be transparent. Then introduce phase C in one go into phase (A+B) without stirring, then homogenize under anchor at 500 rpm.
