Key ingredients
This mask purifies the skin by limiting sebum excess thanks to two active ingredients: PHLOROGINE™ BG PF & FLUIDIPURE™ 8G.
PHLOROGINE™ BG PF a preservative free water soluble active from brown alga which helps to regulate sebum.
FLUIDIPURE™ 8G this is Pure protection from head to toe! Controls sebum, decreases irritation, controls body odor & restore the skin's acidic mantle (perfect match for sensitive skin).
Participates to the microbial protection of cosmetic formulations.
NATIVE ESSENCE™ detoxifies the skin.
PROTEOL™ APL EF acts as a mineral pigment disperser in the aqueous mash preparation.
SEPIPLUS™ 400 and SEPIPLUS™ S provide gliding and comfort during application with a cocooning sensorial feel. These liquid polymers make the aqueous mash dispersion easier.
MONTANOV™ 202 and MONTANOV™ 68 MB provide a perfect smooth texture for a mask.
EMOGREEN™ C28 and EMOGREEN™ L19 provide a light & fresh sensorial feel during application, followed by an extra comfortable sensation.
LANOL 14 M texturizes the mask & improve its consistency, without any soaping effect.

FORMULATION ADVICES:
Pilot scale - 2 kg
Heat ingredients of phase C under agitation with a hot water bath at 90°C. At the same time prepare aqueous mash by mixing ingredients of phase A’ under agitation at 4000 RPM during 20 minutes. Add hot water of phase A into the phase A’. Add phase B into melted phase C. Emulsify adding phase C into phase A+A’ at 4000 RPM during 4 minutes. Cool down at RT and under agitation at 500 RPM. Add phase D when the mix is <50°C under agitation at 300 RPM
