ANTILEUKINE 6™ protects the skin from the aggressions of the cold and UV rays.
MONTANOV™ 82 and SENSANOV™ WR form a combination bringing a soft texture to the emulsion.
SENSANOV™ WR provides excellent water resistance (84%) to this sun care formulation.
SEPINOV™ EMT 10 stabilizes the high percentage of oil phase (~36%) and sun filters (26%).
DUB THG* natural polar emollient, contributes to UV filters solubilization.
EMOGREEN™ L15 provides gliding, a light touch and a soft, powdery finish.
SEPIMAT™ SB ensures a powdery matte finish and quick drying on the skin.

FORMULATION ADVICES:
Pilot - 6 kg - Trimix
Heat phase A at 80°C. In a beaker, melt phase B at 80°C, then add phase C. Add the phase (B+C) into phase A (3000 rpm, 10 minutes). Laisser refroidir the mixture to 40°C. Add phase D, then phase E adjusted to the correct pH (5.5). The final mixture is homogenized (3000 rpm, 10 minutes) and cooled down under stirring.
