Key ingredients

• The association of MONTANOV™ 68 MB & SOLAGUM™ AX allows to create a stable emulsion, with a good dispersion of hydrophilic pigments (15%).
  MONTANOV™ 68 MB (Cetearyl Alcohol - Cetearyl Glucoside): Glucolipid emulsifier derived from vegetable origin. Promoter of liquid crystals, it plays a role in maintaining skin moisturization over time.
  SOLAGUM™ AX (Acacia Senegal Gum - Xanthan Gum): Combination of natural thickening polymers. Eco-friendly product developed in accordance with sustainable development. Can be used with hot or cold process.

• EMOGREEN™ L15 brings a good glide-on and a pleasant powdery afterfeel boosting skin affinity sensation.

  It’s THE alternative to volatile silicone oils. Non-polar & biodegradable emollient. High purity vegetal alkane. Beyond the lightweight & non-greasy skin feel, it gives a powdery finish.

• SEPIFINE™ BB, a texturizing powder, absorbs excess of oil! (Amylopectin)
  A natural texturizing powder, ethically sourced, coming from Babassu nut exclusively sourced in Brazil. This biodegradable powder provides a soft & velvety skin finish while creating a pleasant playtime.

• EQUIBIOME™ takes part to good skin microbiota balance by reinforcing skin barrier while soothing it. (Propylene Glycol - Aqua/Water - Arctium Lappa Root Extract)
  Extracted from the roots of the famous Great Burdock (Arctium lappa). It maintains the delicate skin-microbiota equilibrium for a perfect & harmonious skin. Powerful soothing properties & reinforces skin barrier (tested in vivo & in vitro).

Process

FORMULATION ADVICES: Pilot scale - 5 kg - Trimix
Heat water phase A at 80°C.
Add the 4 pigments and stir with Rotor Stator (3000 rpm) for 5 min.
Then, weight the fatty phase B in a beaker of 1L to do a water bath at 85°C.
When the fatty phase B is melted, phase C is added and mixed with a spatula.
Add (B+C) into phase A and mix during 10 min.
Stop the rotor stator and let the others agitations.
Cool down at 60°C.
Make the vacuum and cool down at 40°C.
In a beaker, disperse SEPIFINE BB™ with water.
The phase D and E were added. Start the stirrers.
Make the vacuum.
Cool down at 20°C, homogenized for 3 min (3000 rpm).
