FORMULATION ADVICES:
Laboratory scale - 800 kg - Ultra turrax and Anchor
Weight phase B and phase A in two separate beakers. Warm them at 75°C in a water bath. Add Phase D into phase B. Mix with Ultra turrax for 2 min at 6000 rpm. Add phase C and phase A to the mixture. Emulsify 6 min at 8000 rpm. Add Phase E and mix 2 min at 8000 rpm. Cool down with an anchor for 10 min at 100 rpm and 10 more min in a cold water bath.
