Key Ingredients

MONTANOV™ 202 (Arachidyl Alcohol and Behenyl Alcohol and Arachidyl Glucoside) Stabilises the soap bringing cohesion. It makes the start of the foam easier with a soft and creamy touch.

AQUAXYL™ increases the volume and sensory profile of the foam and avoids the cracking phenomena of a soap! (Xylitylglucoside and Anhydroxylitol and Xylitol) Acting as a hydrating active ingredient coming from the patented association of sugars, AQUAXYL™ moisturizes and restructures the skin by harmonizing the hydric flow. Its use in foaming formulas considerably improves the visual aspect of the soap avoiding the cracking phenomena. It offers a creamier foam for a noticeably softer and more hydrated skin.

FORMULATION ADVICES:

Laboratory scale - Pilot scale - 2500 g - Ultra Turax Cold saponification

Mix oils & MONTANOV™ 202 in the beaker, 40°C. Once melted, pour NaOH under stirring. Let the mixture cool down and observe the mark done by the mixer on the mixture. Add the rest of the ingredients (perfume, dye, AQUAXYL™). Homogenisation and add shea butter. Manual whisk. Then, pour the final mixture in the moulds. Let it dry for minimum 24 hours before removing from the moulds, and wait for 3 weeks before use.
