FORMULATION ADVICES:

Pilot - 5kg - Trimix, Rotor strator

Heat water and glycerin to 70°C and add ingredients of phase A one by one under stirring (rotor/stator 2000rpm). Separately melt phase B to 80°C and add phase C into B. Then, add (B+C) to phase A under gentle stir. Leave it cool naturally to 35°C and then add phase D. Pour directly in jars..
