Key Ingredients
FLUIDIFEEL™ EASY (opens new window) natural emulsifier allows the formulation of a low viscosity emulsion, in a cold process.
This fluid formulation is stabilized with SEPIMAX ZEN™ (opens new window) and SIMULGEL™ I-NS 100 (opens new window) polymers, both ensuring a nice sprayability of the product, with a fresh but enveloping skin feel.
DUB ESTOLINE®* highly structured liquid ester provides a cushion effect without any oily sensation. It forms a protective film on the skin against dehydration.
EMOSMART™ L19 (opens new window) non polar and biodegradable emollient gives a fresh and vanishing texture with a matt afterfeel, an affordable alternative to silicone oils (C15-19 Alkane).

FORMULATION ADVICES:
Laboratory scale - 300g batch - Homogenizer
Combine phase A and start the homogenizer. Combine phase B and mix well and add to phase A. Combine phase C and mix well and add to phase AB. Continue to homogenize at 4,000 rpm for 4 minutes.
pH should be between 5.5-6.5.
Note: make sure Fluidifeel™ Easy is melted and clear before adding into phase A.
