FORMULATION ADVICES

Laboratory scale - 300g batch

Combine phase D and adjust to pH 5-5.5 with NaOH solution. Combine phase A, heat to 85C and mix well. Combine phae B and heat to 85C. Disperse phase C into phase B and add it to phase A and homogenize for 4 minutes at 4,000 rpm. Cool the batch to 50C and add phase D and E. Add phase F below 40C and mix until uniform. check to be sure pH is 5-5.5
