Key Ingredients

SEPIMAX ZEN™ is able to thicken and stabilize this translucent cream gel containing salicylic acid.
ORAMIX™ CG 110 is a green solubilizer which helps to smooth out the texture of this cream gel with SEPIMAX ZEN™ and salicylic acid.

FORMULATION ADVICES:

Laboratory scale - 300g batch - Deflocculator

Combine phase A, mix well and heat to 60-65C. Combine phase B and heat to 60-65C with agitation. Once phase B is clear, add it to phase A under mixing. While mixing phase AB using deflocculator, add phase C and mix until sepimax Zen is completely swelled. Add phase D and then phase E and F. Cooldown to ambient temperature. Check and adjust pH to 4 - 4.5 if necessary.
