KEY INGREDIENTS

The optimized combination of FLUIDIFEEL™ EASY and MONTANOV™ 82, two natural emulsifiers, with our non-microplastic EO-free polymer SEPINOV™ WEO gives a smooth texture with flowing viscosity and homogeneous spreading during the application, limiting the whitening effect on the skin and ensuring a stable SPF over time.

The challenge to well disperse this high amount of ZnO without any compromise on the sensoriality was successfully raised up with a minimalist approach thanks to the combination of two emollients: DUB HELIOPTIMA* and DUB ESTOLINE®* for a comfortable skin feel without any greasy and sticky feeling. This last emollient offers water resistance to this product, allowing an optimal protection both for the skin and the oceans in total safety, while providing a smoothing effect with a cocoon-like skin feel for a second skin effect, appealing the consumer to re-apply it efficiently.

GLOBAL PROTECTION: as a daily and immediate soothing ingredient, ANTILEUKINE 6™ reinforces and protects the skin from the DNA damages induced by UVB and from blue light damages to relax the skin by soothing the neurogenic suractivation.

FORMULATION ADVICES

Laboratory scale - 300 grams - homogenizer & Sweeper

Combine phase A and heat to 85C. Combine phase B and heat to 85C and then homogenize to help disperse zinc oxide. Disperse phase C and D into phase B and heat to 85C. Combine phase A and BCD together and homogenize for 4 minutes at 4,000rpm. Cooldown the batch with sweeper blade to ambient temperature.
