Key Ingredients

SEPIPLUS™ 400 thickening and stabilizing agent imparts a good pick-up and a silicon-like glide on the skin.
EASYNOV™ W/O emulsifier allows the creation of a GelTrap™ emulsion, where water gel droplets are stabilized in the oily external phase. It creates a fresh but enveloping cream.
EMOGREEN™ L19 plant-based emollient is a natural alternative to light silicon oils, with a fresh skin feel, and powdery after feel.
TECA™, highly purified molecules from the Centella asiatica, soothes the skin and accelerates the skin regeneration process.
AQUAXYL™, reinforces cutaneous barrier, increases water circulation & boosts water reserves. It is made of a patented association between xylitol and glucosides, from plant origin.

FORMULATION ADVICES:

Disperse SEPIPLUS™ 400 in water by deflocculator to get a smooth gel, add other ingredients in phase A and mix it well.
Mix phase B in a side beaker. Heat phase C to 60°C, mix it until clear and then cool down to room temperature.
Add phase C into phase A, mix it uniformly, add phase B into phase A+C, start agitation under anchor stirrer 100 rpm for 1 minute, then increase to 300 rpm for another 9 minutes.
