The combination of MONTANOV™ 202 & SEPILIFE™ NUDE provides a light, fresh & velvety skin feel and creates a smooth emulsion:

MONTANOV™ 202 (Arachidyl Alcohol - Behenyl Alcohol - Arachidyl Glucoside) Is a glucolipid emulsifier derived from vegetable origin. Promoter of liquid crystals, it maintains skin moisturization over time.

SEPILIFE™ NUDE (Sodium Acrylate/Sodium Acryloyl Dimethyl Taurate Copolymer - C15-19 Alkane - Polyglyceryl-6 Laurate - Polyglycerin-6)* (Plant-based & renewable) Is a pre-neutralized polymeric thickener & stabilizer. It allows sprayable to thick textures, with a quick-break effect & a nude skin feel.

SOLAGUM™ AX is a natural polymer that reinforce the formula stability. (Acacia Senegal Gum - Xanthan Gum)

EMOGREEN™ L19 is THE alternative to volatile silicone oils! (C15-19 Alkane) (Plant-based & Renewable) It provides lightness & a good glide-on during application. It is a high purity vegetable alkane is biodegradable.

LANOL 2681 is an emollient agent from vegetable origin. (Coco-Caprylate/ Caprate)

TALADVANCE™ lightens & improves long-term skin radiance! Glycerin - Aqua/Water - Centella Asiatica Leaf Extract) It is a nature-like extract of Talapetraka (Centella Asiatica). It protects the dermis by improving cell viability (cell life in epidermidis is regulated) and increasing fibroblast functionality.

The association of 1.5% AQUAXYL™ with 3% glycerin provides strong moisturizing ability & reduces TEWL. (Xylitylglucoside - Anhydroxylitol - Xylitol) AQUAXYL™ moisturizes & restructures the skin, with harmonized hydric flow & instantly boosted water reserves. It improves water circulation in all skin layers.

FORMULATION ADVICES:

Laboratory Scale - 300g - Silverson

Mix phase A and heat to 80°C. Heat phase C up to 80°C. Add phase B to phase A, mix well, add Phase C into Phase A+B, homogenize 4 minutes at 4000rpm. Cool down to 40°C. Premix Phase D, heat to 60°C, mix it until clear, cool down to room temperature, add phase E, mix it uniformly, then add phase D+E into batch, use anchor to stir it for 20 minutes until uniformly. Add Phase F and adjust pH about 7.0.

STABILITY: 3M stable at RT/45°C/-18°C, more yellowish at 45°C than RT at M3. Stable after 1M of freeze/thaw cycles -5/+40°C.
