Key Ingredients

AMONYL™ 380 BA (Cocamidopropyl Betaine) Provides a fine foam that is stable over time. Ecocert approved.

PROTEOL™ APL EF (Sodium Cocoyl Apple Amino Acids) Fruit surfactant, derived from essential amino-acids present in apple juice, for a gentle approach: unctuous foam, extremely mild to the skin and the eyes and also respectful of the environment.

MONTANOV™ L (C14-22 Alcohols and C12-20 Alkyl Glucoside) Glucolipid emulsifier in harmony with nature. MONTANOV™ L is well-suited to formulate different textures (from sprayable to butter cream) no matter the nature or the quantity of fatty phase used. It stabilizes emulsions, and has a strong moisturizing power since it promotes liquid crystals which prevent the skin from dehydration.

EMOGREEN™ L15 (C15-19 Alkane) Plant based and renewable The EMOGREEN™ L15 is a non polar and biodegradable, bio-sourced emollient. It’s THE alternative to silicone oils. This high purity vegetable alkane is conformed to Cosmos and Natrue. It gives a fresh and gliding touch, with a soft afterfeel.

LIPACIDE™ C8G (Capryloyl Glycine) A glycine biovector and skin acidifying agent, it protects the skin and helps maintain its ecosystem. It also protects cosmetic products by increasing the microbiological stability of formulas with a low preservative content. Ecocert approved.

SEL GRAIN™ (Sea salt) Exfoliates and revitalizes the skin while also increasing metabolism and circulation of the scalp. Its a Sea Salt, used in massage applications on the body and to help reduce stress.

Shampoo conditioning efficacy is ensured by PQ-7, while XYLISHINE™ (Xylitylglucoside and Anhydroxylitol and Maltitol and Xylitol and Pelvetia Canaliculata Extract) moisturizes and repairs hair: it helps maintain the deep hydration of the hair and protect the fiber. As a result, hair fiber is smoothed and frizz effect limited.

FORMULATION ADVICES:

Laboratory scale - 300 g - Anchor

Add EDTA, guar to cold water and disperse them well. Add SLES to dissolve uniformly. Heat up to 75-80℃ while stirring at 300 rpm. Then add phase B to phase A, stir it uniformly at 75-80℃. Cool down to 50℃ slowly, stir it for 15 min, then cool down to 45℃. Add phase C one by one, stir it uniformly. Adjust to pH 5.5 if needed.
