Key Ingredients

LIPACIDE™ C8G & UG & PHLOROGINE™ CV purify and treat oily skins.

LIPACIDE™ C8G (Capryloyl Glycine) A glycine biovector and skin acidifying agent, it protects the skin and helps maintain its ecosystem. It also protects cosmetic products by increasing the microbiological stability of formulas with a low preservative content.

PHLOROGINE™ BG PF (Aqua/Water/Butylene Glycol/Laminaria Saccharina Extract) Preservative free water soluble active from brown alga which regulates acne-prone skin disorders. It limits inflammatory molecules synthesis thanks to an anti-lipase activity & control excess of sebum. helps to regulate sebum.

SENSANOV™ WR, LANOL P & MONTANOV™ L, form a nice soft cream, non drying for the skin.

SENSANOV™ WR (C20-22 Alkyl Phosphate and C20-22 Alcohols) Versatile phosphate anionic emulsifier effective at low dosage (1 to 3%). Provides a feeling of lightness followed by the sensation of a matt velvety veil which slowly envelops the skin. Finally SENSANOV™ WR emulsions leaves the skin supple with a long lasting sensation of comfort.

MONTANOV™ L (C14-22 Alcohols and C12-20 Alkyl Glucoside) Glucolipid emulsifier in harmony with nature. it is well-suited to formulate different textures no matter the nature or the quantity of fatty phase used. It stabilizes emulsions, and has a strong moisturizing power since it promotes liquid crystals which prevent the skin from dehydration .

EMOGREEN™ L15 (C15-19 Alkane (Plant-based & Renewable) It is a non polar and biodegradable, bio-sourced emollient. It’s THE alternative to volatile silicone oils. This high purity vegetable alkane is conformed to Cosmos and Natrue. Beyond the lightweight and non-greasy skin feel, it gives a powdery finish.

SEPIPLUS™ 400 (Polyacrylate-13 and Polyisobutene and Polysorbate 20). Pre-neutralized and concentrated liquid polymeric thickener on a wide range of pH (3 to 12). It imparts a slippery silicone-like feel which makes it easy to spread.

LANOL P (Glycol Palmitate) Texturing agent which improves the consistency of the formula and brings soft skin feel, without any soaping effect.

FORMULATION ADVICES:

Laboratory scale - 200g - Anchor

Mix phase A well and phase B well, heat them with 80°C water bath until dissolve well. Add phase C into phase B, add phase A into phase B+C, homogenize with Silverson at 4000 rpm for 4 minutes. Stir and cool down to 45°C under anchor stirring at 100 rpm. Mix phase D until clear. Add phase D one by one under anchor stirring 100 rpm. Stop stirring at 30°C.
