EMOGREEN™ L19 a non polar oil of natural origin & readily biodegradable, brings powdery & gliding sensation: a true alternative to silicone oils! Inert & stable, it can be used even in extreme conditions.
ORAMIX™ CG 110 helps to stabilise & refine the cream-gel. Non-ionic surfactant from vegetable origin, dispersant & co-emulsifier easy to use. Solubilizes essential oils, perfumes & preservatives.

FORMULATION ADVICES:
Pilot scale - 5 kg - Trimix
Heat water in the tank at 75°C and add glycerin. Pour phase B onto phase A and let under gentle agitation. Prepare phase C by adding SOLAGUM™ AX into EMOGREEN™ L19 and mix with the spatula. Drop C onto (A+B). Homogenize with the rotor-stator at 2 000 rpm / 3 min. At 25°C, create the vacuum then add phase D under agitation during 4 min. Control pH is between 5.5 et 7, and rectify if needed.
