Key Ingredients
EMOGREEN™ L19: Unique high purity and biodegradable alternative to silicone oilsproviding an unique gliding sensation with a soft after feel.
C15-19 Alkane (Renewable)
LANOL™ P: Texturing agent which improves the consistency of the formula and brings soft skin feel, without any soaping effect.
Glycol Palmitate
FLUIDANOV™ 20X is a smart emollient: texturing effect in cream gels, it will also contribute to stabilize W/O emulsions and improve skin feeling.
Octyldodecanol and Octyldodecyl Xyloside
MONTANOV™ 202: Glucolipid emulsifier derived from vegetable origin. Promoter of liquid crystals, it plays a role in maintaining skin moisturization over time.
Arachidyl Alcohol and Behenyl Alcohol and Arachidyl Glucoside.
AQUAXYL™ moisturizes and restructures the skin.
Xylitylglucoside and Anhydroxylitol and Xylitol
SEAMOSS™ BG PF is a water soluble red algae extract with film forming properties due to carrageenan. It helps moisturize the skin in rinse off applications and also soften and protect from the effects of harsh surfactants.
Butylene Glycol (and) Aqua (and) Chondrus Crispus Extract
Process
Combine phase A ingredients and heat to 85℃ with slow mixing.
When phase A completely melted, cool down to 60℃ and add phase B ingredients under medium shear with a dispersing blade at 1000 rpm; then continue cooling with slow mixing and at 45℃ add phase C.
Pour into jar at around 40-42℃.
