Key Ingredients

FLUIDIFEEL™ EASY (Lauryl Glucoside - Myristyl Glucoside - Polyglyceryl-6 Laurate). Emulsifies a challenging oil phase with a high perfume content (2%) & sun filters (10.5%).Glycolipidic O/W sustainable emulsifier, from 100% vegetable origin. Processable at room temperature (time & energy savings). Efficiently stabilize low & very low viscosity formulations. Gives light texture: ‘nude skin’ sensation, comfortable & soft.

SEPIMAX ZEN™ (Polyacrylate Crosspolymer-6) effectively stabilizes this low viscous formula. It is combined to SIMULGEL™ I-NS 100 (Hydroxyethyl Acrylate / Sodium Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer - Isohexadecane - Polysorbate 60) for an optimal sprayability.

LANOL 37T (Triheptanoin) Solubilizes the organic sunscreens.

EMOGREEN™ L15 (C15-19 Alkane/Plant-based & Renewable) Non polar & biodegradable, bio-sourced emollient, high purity alkane. Brings glide-on, light touch, soft & powdery finish.

DUB THG* (Triheptanoin) Good organic sunscreen solubilizersolubilizes the organic sunscreens.

SAKADIKIUM™ (Aqua / Water - Glycerin - Hedychium Coronarium Root Extract) Protects the skin against air pollution & prevents chronological aging activated by UVA. It is combined to sun filter for a broader UV protection. This concentrated extract of sugars from the rhizomes of Hedychium coronarium. Acts as a multi-protector against UV, blue light & pollution.Protects the lysosomal network by stimulating the cells autophagy. A better perceived brightness (in vivo tested).

FORMULATION ADVICES:

Pilot - 6 kg - Trimix - Rotor Stator

Heat phase B up to 85°C, then add phase C, let 5 min under heating. Meanwhile, heat phase A up to 85°C; add the mixture (B+C) into phase A, emulsify during 5 min. When the blend is homogeneous cool down to 65°C. Then, add phase D and cool down to 40°C under vacuum. Add phase E still under vacuum. Finally, cool down and check the pH.
