Key Ingredients

The combination of FLUIDIFEEL™ EASY, FLUIDANOV™ 20X and SOLAGUM™ AX stabilize natural emulsions with stressful actives.

FLUIDIFEEL™ EASY (Lauryl Glucoside and Myristyl Glucoside and Polyglyceryl-6 Laurate) Glycolipidic O/W sustainable emulsifier, from 100% vegetable origin and MB certified. Processable at room temperature for time and energy savings. Sprayable and able to efficiently stabilize low and very low viscosity formulations (serum, lotion, mask, wipes, spray…). It gives light textures, for a nude skin sensation, comfortable and soft.

FLUIDANOV™ 20X (Octyldodecanol and Octyldodecyl Xyloside) From original xylolipidic emulsifier, extra-fluid, easy-to-use, FLUIDANOV™20X is a smart emollient: texturing effect in cream gels, it will also contribute to stabilize W/O emulsions and improve skin feeling.

SOLAGUM™ AX (Acacia Senegal Gum and Xanthan Gum) Smart combination of natural thickening polymers. SOLAGUM™ AX also displays emulsifying properties that allow to stabilize up to 15% of oils.

EMOGREEN™ L19 is a good substitute to silicone and brings softness and glide. (C15-19 Alkane (Plant-based & Renewable)) It is a non polar and biodegradable, bio-sourced emollient. It’s THE alternative to silicone oils. It gives a fresh and gliding touch, with a soft afterfeel. Inert and stable, it can be used in all types of applications, even in extreme conditions.

LIPACIDE™ UG (Undecylenoyl Glycine) Dermo-protective thanks to its natural acid structure, LIPACIDE™ UG protects the skin’s acid mantle. It brings an efficient and gentle deodorant activity while respecting the arm pit’s sensitive skin area.

FORMULATION ADVICES:

Laboratory Scale - Trimix rotor stator - 5kg

Weigh the ingredients of phase A in a beaker and heat until 85 °C. Homogenize the ingredients until dissolution. Cool down to 25°C. Weight phase B in another beaker. Add to phase A and emulsify under rotor stator 3000rpm for 10 minutes. Add phase C and homogenize again for 10 minutes. then add phase D and homogenize.
