Key Ingredients

SEPIMAX ZEN™ polymer is able to withstand high amounts of salt and minerals (Polyacrylate Crosspolymer-6) Pre-neutralized powder polymeric thickener with a MAXIMUM resistance to electrolytes thanks to its high associative behavior. Efficient on a wide range of pH from 3 to 8, it also provides oil stabilizing effect and particle suspension, with a rich, velvety and elegant skin feel.

EMOGREEN™ L19 (C15-19 Alkane (Plant-based & Renewable)) Non polar and biodegradable, bio-sourced emollient, it’s THE alternative to silicone oils. This high purity vegetable alkane is conformed to Cosmos and Natrue. It gives a fresh and gliding touch, with a soft afterfeel.

FLUIDANOV™ 20X (Octyldodecanol and Octyldodecyl Xyloside) W/O COSMOS approved co-emulsifier with an original xylolipidic structure. Extra-fluid and easy to use, it contributes to stabilize W/O & O/W emulsions and improve skin feeling.

MONTANOV™ 82 (Cetearyl Alcohol and Coco-Glucoside) Glucolipid emulsifier derived from vegetable origin made in France, it is especially well-suited for formulations with a high concentration of active ingredients.

SEPICALM™ VG WP (Sodium Palmitoylproline and Nymphea Alba Flower Extract) & CODIAVELANE™ BG PF (Propylene Glycol and Aqua and Codium Tomentosum Extract) bring soothing and moisturizing to the skin.

GULF STREAM SEA WATER™, SEL GRAIN™ & CHONDRUS CRISPUS provide sea water benefits to the skin.

GULF STREAM SEA WATER™ (Sea Salt (Maris sal) Powder form active bringing a sea water concentrate, concentrated in minerals and oligoelements

SEL GRAIN™ (Sea Salt) Sel Grain is Sea Salt, used in massage applications on the body and to help reduce stress, exfoliate and revitalize the skin.

FLAKES OF CHONDRUS CRISPUS (Chondrus Crispus Powder) Not dissolving Red alga glitters. They can be used as scrubbing agents.

ORGANIC COCONUT OIL** (Coco Nucifera Oil) Acts as a nourishing agent. It exhibits restorative, revitalizing and softening properties. This grade is very rich in essential fatty acids, lauric acid and myristic acid.

FORMULATION ADVICES:

Laboratory scale - 300g batch

Heat phase A and B separately to 85C. Add phase C to hot phase B. AT 85C,combine phase A with BC and mix under ROSS for 4 minutes.at 1,050 rpm while maintaining at 85C. Cool down with ROSS at 500 rpm to 50°C, add phase D and then E. At 40°C add one by one the ingredients in phase F using ROSS at 500 rpm. At ambient temperature, add phase G and mix.
