Key Ingredients

EMOGREEN™ HP 40 delivers comfortable enveloping protecting film with no greasy effect while contributing to the richness texture of the formula. (C15-19 Alkane and Hydrogenated Polyfarnesene (Plant-based & Renewable)) EMOGREEN™ HP 40 is a non polar and inherently biodegradable, bio-sourced texturizing emollient. It’s a sustainable alternative to heavy silicones in formulation that brings comfort to the skin. Multifaceted ingredient, it provides film forming properties with a silky protective effect and a soft and supple afterfeel.

Beyond the lightweight and non-greasy skin feel, EMOGREEN™ L19 gives a powdery finish. (C15-19 Alkane (Plant-based & Renewable)) EMOGREEN™ L19 is a non polar and biodegradable, plant-based emollient. It’s THE alternative to volatile silicone oils. Cosmos and Natrue approved.

SENSANOV™ WR provides a feeling of lightness followed by the sensation of matt velvety veil which slowly envelops the skin. (C20-22 Alkyl Phosphate and C20-22 Alcohols) SENSANOV™ WR emulsions leaves the skin supple with a long lasting sensation of comfort. SENSANOV™ WR reduces oiliness of extra rich emulsion.

Compatible with Ethylene Oxide free formulas, SEPIPLUS™ K imparts a slippery silicone-like feel. (Polyacrylate-13 and Hydrogenated Polyisobutene and Polyglyceryl-10 Laurate)

SEPIFINE™ BB provides a soft and velvety skin finish while creating pleasant playtime and matt effect. (Amylopectin)

Combining consistency and light texture, MONTANOV™ 14 is ideal for a face care application. (Myristyl Alcohol and Myristyl Glucoside)

LANOL™ P ECAILLES brings soft skin feel, without any soaping effect. (Glycol Palmitate)

Thanks to AQUAXYL™, the skin is moisturized and restructured. (Xylitylglucoside and Anhydroxylitol and Xylitol)

FORMULATION ADVICES:

Pilot scale - 5 Kg - Trimix rotor stator

Heat separately phase A and B at 85°C. Add phase A into phase B then start homogenization for 8 minutes. Make it cool under moderate stirring. At 40°C, add ingredients to phase D and restart homogenization for 10 minutes at 3000 rpm. Stop mixing and fill the gars.
