Key Ingredients

The creamy riche texture is created by MONTANOV™ 82. (Cetearyl Alcohol and Coco-Glucoside) Glucolipid emulsifier derived from vegetable origin. MONTANOV™ 82 is especially well-suited for formulations with a high concentration of active ingredients.

SOLAGUM™ TARA, natural origin polymer, efficiently thickens the texture. Its non-ionic structure allow a perfect compatibility with cationic hair care agents. (Caesalpinia Spinosa Gum) A powerful thickening natural gum from Caesalpinia spinosa endosperm seeds.

AQUAXYL™ moisturizes and protects the scalp. (Xylitylglucoside and Anhydroxylitol and Xylitol)

SEA LAVENDER HC, extract from the sea statice,protects hair from static electricity and improves its manageability and styling. (Aqua / Water and Butylene Glycol and Limonium Gerberi Extract)

SEPICAP™ MP acts as a thermo active multiprotector for stressed, sun-damaged, blow-dryied, pollution-exposed and/or chemical treated hair. (Sodium Cocoyl Amino Acidsand Potassium Dimethicone PEG-7 Panthenyl Phosphate) Biovector of amino acids and panthenol, SEPICAP™ MP is a powerful nutritive cocktail for hair that helps to fight the harmful effects of oxidative stress. It simultaneously protects the integrity of the hair shaft and root as well as it smoothes scales.

SEPICIDE G ensure the formula preservation (Ethyl Lauroyl Arginate HCL) A Cosmos and broad spectrum preservative from natural origin. Excellent tolerance and biodegradability.

DUB GMS* (Glyceryl Stearate) acts as a co-emulsifier and thickener. A natural ingredient bringing consistency in emulsion, compatible with ionic and nonionic emulsifying agents, and leaving the skin soft and smooth. Also acts as dry emollient for anhydrous system. It brings opacity in shampoo.

DUB VINYL* (Dipentaerythrithyl Pentaisononanoate) An ester providing comfort during application, with a cushion-like effect and a glossy aspect.

PHYTOWAX® OLIVE 18L57** (Hydrogenated Olive Oil Stearyl Esters) Allows stabilization of the anhydrous product. A natural wax from olives. Melting point is 55-60 °C. Great alternative to synthetic waxes, it increases the consistency and creaminess of the formula, with a unique feel: easily spreadable, non greasy and non sticky, with nourishing properties.

SWEET ALMOND OIL** (Prunus Amigdalus Dulcis Oil) A mono-unsaturated oil. Its main properties are hydration, skin elasticity, softness, and emolliency.

FORMULATION ADVICES:

Laboratory scale - 1 kg

Heat phase A without SOLAGUM ™ TARA to 75-80 ° C. Once phase A has warmed up, add SOLAGUM ™ TARA. Heat phase B to 75-80 ° C. Add phase B to phase A and homogenize for 4 minutes at 4000 rpm. Reduce the stirring to 40 ° C and add phase C. Mix until the formula is homogeneous.
