They are more effective because, instead of a water-based formula, waterless beauty products are crafted with active ingredients and/or oils. GENTLE CLEANSING

PROTEOL™ OAT PF, ORAMIX™ NS 10, AMONYL™ 675 SB, an association of sulfate-free surfactants that gently cleans the scalp and the hair.

FORMULATION ADVICES:

Pilot scale - 6kg batch - Trimix with deflocculator

Make a premix of Phase A (having melted the shea butter beforehand) and a premix of Phase B. Place Phase A in the Trimix bowl and blend for 5 minutes at 500 rpm. Add Phase B to Phase A and mix at 2500 rpm for 10 minutes. Ingredients C, D, E, F are added one by one through the manhole - speed 3000 rpm - Leave to run for about 3 minutes between each addition. Vacuum was applied after each addition of raw materials to limit bubbles in the formula.
