Viscosity 1M at RT: 3,980 cps Brookfield LV 64 @ 12 rpm
Process
Combine phase A and heat to 80°C.
Combine phase B and heat to 80°C.
When phase B is completely melted, add phase C one by one and mix well.
Once both phases A and BC are at 80°C, combine them together and homogenize at 4,000 RPM for 4 minutes.
Cool down the batch with low shear mixing to 50°C and add phase D one by one then add phase E at 35°C.
Continue to cool to ambient temperature.
