FORMULATION ADVICES
Laboratory scale - 300g bach
Combine phase A and heat to melt polyhydroxystearic acid. Add phase B to phase A and homogenize for 7 minutes at 9,000-10,000 rpm to disperse pigment. Stop homogenizing and add phase C to phase AB and heat to 75-80C under magnetic stirring bar. Slowly air cool the batch down to 70C and add phase D. Mix well and pour at 55C.
