FORMULATION ADVICES / For 300 g batch

Combine phase A and phase B separately and heat to 80 °C.
Add phase C to phase B and mix well to disperse SEPIMAX™ ZEN into oil phase by using homogenizer while maintaining temperature at 80°C.
Then add phase A and phase BC together and homogenize at 4000 rpm for 4 minutes.
Cool down the batch with slow mixing at 100 rpm with an anchor propeller, then add phase D one by one at 45 °C.
Continue cooling while mixing slowly to ambient temperature.
