FORMULATION ADVICES / For 300 g batch
Heat phase A and phase B to 85°C separately. While maintaining temperature of phase B at 85°C, add phase C to Phase B and mix well. Combine phase A and phase BC together and homogenize for 2 minutes at 4000 rpm and then add phase D one by one while homogenizing for 2 more minutes. Begin cooling down while mixing with an anchor propeller at 75-100 rpm. At 45°C, add phase E one by one. Continue cooling to ambient temperature.
