Key Ingredients

A combination of 2 anionic surfactants for an excellent foam, gentle on the skin, sulfate-free* and edta-free:

• PROTEOL™ OAT PF is based on oat essential amino acids, which develops good wetting properties and an abundant unctuous foam without any drying effect on the skin. Thanks to its high tolerance, it is recommended for sensitive skin.
• ORAMIX™ L 30 EF has superior foaming ability compared to SLES, it provides abundant, light and soft foam while also respecting the structure of the hair and the scalp.

AMONYL™ 380 BA amphoteric surfactant improves mildness and gives excellent cleansing properties.

A combination of 2 thickeners with a synergistic effect, for a translucent and nice flowing gel:

• SEPIMAX ZEN™ provides a dense and creamy foam.
• SOLAGUM™ AX natural gum forms a non stringy gel.

MONTANOV™ S provides a dense, creamy and stable foam. FLUIDIPURE™ 8G rebalances skin pH, reduces microbial proliferation while Capryloyl Glycine rebalances sebum production. AQUAXYL™ moisturizer improves foam softness and volume

FORMULATION ADVICES:

Laboratory scale - 300g batch - Deflocculator

Premix phase B and add to phase A. Heat to 75°C and while mixing add phase C one by one and continue to mix with deflocculator with increasing speed (1,000 to 1,500 rpm) until all the polymers swelled. After the polymers swelled, turn off the heat and add phase D. Decrease speed to avoid aeration and then add phase E one by one. Mix well and adjust pH with phase F to pH 5.
