Key Ingredients

AMONYL™ 380 BA amphoteric surfactant improves mildness and gives excellent cleansing properties (Cocamidopropyl Betaine) Provides a fine foam that is stable over time. It provides a good thickening effect with anionic surfactants.

PROTEOL™ OAT PF (Sodium Lauroyl Oat Amino Acids) Based on oat essential amino acids, it is a mild surfactant which develops good wetting properties and an abundant unctuous foam without any drying effect on the skin. Thanks to its high tolerance, it is recommended for sensitive skin.

SEPICIDE™ LD guaranties a great preservation of the formula (Phenoxyethanol) SEPICIDE™ LD has a good activity against gram-negative microorganisms, particularly Pseudomonas Aeruginosa.

Formulated with non-ionic surfactants of natural and biodegradable origins: ORAMIX™ CG 110 & ORAMIX™ NS 10. Cocoamphodiacetate, amphoteric base, provides skin with smoothness.

ORAMIX™ CG 110 (Caprylyl/Capryl Glucoside): Non-ionic surfactant from vegetable origin. It is an ideal solubilizing agent for foaming products; it solubilizes essential oils, fragrances & preservatives but also boosts foam volume, with a mild cleansing effect.

ORAMIX™ NS 10 (Decyl Glucoside): Very well-tolerated surfactant from vegetal origin, This gentle cleanser provides an abundant, stable foam.

AQUAXYL™ moisturizes and restructures the skin while improving foam quality (Xylitylglucoside and Anhydroxylitol and Xylitol) This natural plant sugar complex boosts water reserves, water circulation in all skin layers and reduces water loss. It improves the foam quality and reduces irritation induced by some surfactants (LESNa…).


Laboratory scale - 300g batch - Deflocculator

Combine phase A together and mix well to get a uniform solution. Make sure all EDTA dissolved. Then add phase C ingredients one by one. Mix until uniformed. Check and adjust pH if necessary.
