Key Ingredients

Stabilization and thickening effect with SEPIPLUS™ S! (Hydroxyethyl Acrylate/Sodium Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer and Polyisobutene and PEG-7 Trimethylolpropane Coconut Ether) Pre-neutralized and concentrated liquid polymeric thickener on a wide range of pH (3 to 12). It offers excellent resistance to electrolytes. It can be used to formulate soft and rich textures that impart absolute comfort to the skin.

MONTANOV™ 82 Allows the formulation of stable sun care products in terms of texture, dispersion of sunscreens, protection factor, etc. (Cetearyl Alcohol and Coco-Glucoside) Glucolipid emulsifier derived from vegetable origin made in France. MONTANOV™ 82 is especially well-suited for formulations with a high concentration of active ingredients. In combination with the other grades of the MONTANOV™ range, it can be used to modulate the texture and flexibility of the emulsions as desired. Ecocert, Cosmos and Natrue approved.

SEPICIDE™ LD (Phenoxyethanol) Preservative agent with a good activity against gram-negative micro-organisms, particularly Pseudomonas Aeruginosa.

DUB B1215* (C12-15 Alkyl benzoate) A light ester, with high spreadability. Excellent sunscreen solubilizer.

FORMULATION ADVICES:

Laboratory scale - 300g - Homogenizer & Sweeper

Combine phase A and heat to 85C. Combine phase B and heat to 85C then homogeize at high speed to disperse ZnO then while you maintaining at 85 C and add phase C. Add phase A to phase (BC) and start to homogenize for 4 minutes at 4,000 rpm. Add phase D during homogenization. Then Cool the batch down slowly with U-shape mixing Continue to mix and cool the batch down to room temperature.
