Key Ingredients

MONTANOV™ L (C14-22 Alcohols and C12-20 Alkyl Glucoside ) Glucolipid emulsifier in harmony with nature. It is well-suited to formulate different textures no matter the nature or the quantity of fatty phase used. As a liquid crystal promoter, it plays a role in maintaining the skin's moisture content.

SOLAGUM™ TARA (Caesalpinia Spinosa Gum) A powerful thickening natural gum from Caesalpinia spinosa endosperm seeds. Synergistic efficiency with synthetic and natural polymers.

SEPIFINE™ BB (Amylopectin) provides a pleasant playtime and a powdery finish! A natural texturizing powder, ethically sourced, coming from babassu nut exclusively sourced in Brazil. This biodegradable powder provides a soft and velvety skin finish while absorbing oil from the formula.

EMOGREEN™ L15 (C15-19 Alkane (Plant-based & Renewable ) provides a fresh, slippery feel with a soft finish. It is a non polar and biodegradable, plant-based emollient. This high purity vegetable alkane is conformed to Cosmos and Natrue. It’s THE alternative to volatile silicone oils. Beyond the lightweight and non-greasy skin feel, it gives a powdery finish.

PREPARATION ADVICES:

50g size (Reproducible for 250g)

In a 100 mL kolas, weigh 3.55 g of EU07761 formula. Add 41.45 g of hot water and 5 g of EMOGREEN™ L15 or any oil of your choice. Add a silicone stirring ball. Close the bottle and shake vigorously for 1 minute. Cool down for 1 hour without opening the bottle. Transfer the product to a pump bottle. Wait 24 hours before use.

FORMULATION ADVICES:

Laboratory scale - (blender required) - 100g

Weigh the ingredients of phase A in a beaker and place it in the blender. Blend in 20 short pulses. Check the fineness and homogeneity of the powder with a spatula. Remix in 10 short pulses if necessary. Weigh the ingredients of phase B in a beaker and homogenise with a spatula. Pour phase B into phase A. Mix in 20 short pulses. Check the fineness and homogeneity of the powder with a spatula. Remix in 10 short pulses if necessary.
