White smooth cream, pH 6.5
Viscosity 1M at RT: 245,000 cps Brookfield LV 64 @ 1.5 rpm
Process
Combine phase A and heat to 80°C.
Combine phase B and heat to 80°C.
When phase B is completely melted, add phase C one by one and mix well.
Once both phases A and BC are at 80°C, combine them together and homogenize at 4,000 RPM for 4 minutes.
Cool down the batch with low shear mixing to 50°C and then add phase D one by one.
At 40°C adjust PH with phase E and then add phase F.
Continue to cool to ambient temperature.
