Key Ingredients

SEPINOV™ EMT 10 (Hydroxyethyl Acrylate/Sodium Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer) a versatile pre-neutralized powder polymeric thickener with excellent stabilizing properties. It imparts satiny and fresh skin feel.

Providing long-lasting hydration and an immediate restructuring effect for a smoother skin texture. MONTANOV™ 202 (Arachidyl Alcohol and Behenyl Alcohol and Arachidyl Glucoside) Glucolipid emulsifier of plant origin made in France. Liquid crystal promoter, it allows to create very stable biomimetic textures.

Beyond the lightweight and non-greasy skin feel, EMOGREEN™ L15 gives a powdery finish (C15-19 Alkane (Plant-based & Renewable)) A non polar and biodegradable, plant-based emollient. It’s THE alternative to volatile silicone oils. This high purity vegetable alkane is conformed to Cosmos and Natrue. Inert and stable, it can be used in all types of applications, even in extreme conditions (pH, oxidizing/reducing media…)

SEPIMAT™ SB (Methyl Methacrylate Crosspolymer) SEPIMAT™ SB, consisting of absorbent, soft microspheres is ideal for a soft and matte skin appearance. This versatile and easy-to-disperse powder is suitable for all types of formulations and is especially adapted for fluid or sprayable formulations due to its fine granulometry.

ANTILEUKINE 6™ (Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride and Laminaria Ochroleuca Extract) Oily active ingredient, ANTILEUKINE 6™ soothes, reinforces and protects the skin. It is an immediate soother with anti-ageing benefits that also improves skin quality. It reinforces the basal state of the skin and protects it from UV, blue light and neurogenic stress creating a Daily Soothing Shield !

Protector against bacterial secretome, it reduces blackhead and pore size for an improved skin texture! (in vitro & in-vivo tested) SUBLIGANA™ (Glycerin - Aqua/Water Harungana Madagascariensis Extract) “Perfect skin” active from Harungana, pioneer tree that protects primary forest areas.

DUB DIOL* (Methylpropanediol) A great boost of hydration. This multifunctional glycol provides moisturization, maintains high level of hydration while being less tacky than glycerin. Odorless, colorless and hydrophilic, helping solubilizing and enhancing fragrances and preservatives power: it is ideal for clear formulas

DUB THG* (Triheptanoin) A natural emollient with solubilizing properties. It offers good solubilization of chemical filter, good spreadability and non-greasy feel.

FORMULATION ADVICES:

Laboratory scale - 300 g - Homogenizer & Overhead mixer

Combine phase A and B separately and heat to 85C. Add phase C ingredients into phase B and mix well right before emulsification. Add phase A to phase (BC) and homogenize for 4 minutes at 4,000 rpm. Then Cool down the batch slowly with U-shape mixing blade and at 35C add Phase D ingredients. Continue to mix and cool the batch down to room temperature.
